All of our teams get together once a year and I design all of the internal communications and motion graphics for pre-trip emails. I also design and deliver all materials for the event, including itinerary brochures, branded swag items with custom hang tags, and more.
For the 2025 Summit in San Diego, I drew mascots for our three main travel brands which were featured on our print material and internal email campaign.
I take and edit pictures during the event which are then used for internal photobooks and external communications like sponsorship proposals and social media.
A variety of sponsors participate which include major travel brands like Southwest Airlines, Lufthansa, Alaska Airlines, United Airlines, Marriott Hotels, and more.
